COMEX COMPANY SRL has decided to adopt the 231 organizational model, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001 "Discipline of the liability of entities for administrative offenses resulting from crime", using an organisation, management and control model, aimed at ensure correctness and transparency in the conduct and management of company activities aimed also at preventing crimes committed in the interest and/or to the advantage of the company.
